Request an AppointmentWhat to Bring to Your Consultation
Bringing the right information helps us understand your health history and make the most of your time with us. Please bring the following to your first appointment:
- Your referral slip and X-rays, if applicable
- A list of any medications you are currently taking
- Any known allergies or medical conditions
- Your medical or dental insurance information to be filed
- Completed patient paperwork from our online forms page
What Happens During Your First Visit
When you arrive, our team will welcome you and review your paperwork and health history. Dr. Iheanacho will then evaluate your teeth and gums, review any X-rays, and discuss any concerns you may have, whether that is a toothache, a chipped tooth, missing teeth, or goals for a more confident smile.
After your evaluation, we will explain your diagnosis in plain language and outline your options. Depending on your needs, that may include treatments such as tooth-colored fillings, dental crowns, root canal therapy, or cosmetic care like porcelain veneers.
Same-Day Treatment and Follow-Up Appointments
Occasionally, treatment can be completed the same day as your consultation. However, complex treatment plans or complicated medical histories may require further evaluation and a second appointment for treatment, such as wisdom teeth removal or dental implant placement.
Please let our office know ahead of time if you have a medical condition that may be a concern prior to surgery, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves or joints, rheumatic fever, or blood disorders.
Helpful Tips Before Your Appointment

- A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18.
